Ease of use:

Simply view and select an option package and additional add-ons if any. Contact us to schedule an appointment to meet the photograper at the listing. Typical photoshoot will take up to 1-1.5 hours, payment is also due at this time , if not prepaid on the website, along with any documentation in electronic format (Floor plan, written scene descriptions or finished verbal scene descriptions). Creation and upload of the tour process will take between 24-48 hours. Posting to our distribution list takes up to an additional 24 hours after upload. Upon completion and uploading of the tour, a link will be sent to you via email, you may then link your listing to the tour. (Acceptable formats for written descriptions are: Notepad, Word, Email or through our contact form. Acceptable formats for verbal descriptions are: .au, .mp3, .wav, or .midi.)

360 X 360 VR:

Our Tours are full spherical. Your viewer will experience full immersion by viewing the tour in every angle from floor to ceiling with no blind spots within the virtual tour scene. In addition, our service can also support 180 X 180 views as well as still images.

Full-screen:

Simply by double-clicking within the scene window will convert the scene to full-screen mode, then double-click again to revert to normal view. Viewing a scene in full-screen is truly VR immersion at it's finest.

Hotspots:

Viewer may navigate through scenes using clickable icons within the scene to gain a sense of perspective and realism of visiting the location.

Maps:

Floor plans are also supported. This feature also helps to gain perspective of the layout through the plan itself and the radar feature which indicates to the user the direction and perspective of the view. Radar can also be used for navigation as Hotspots on map are clickable and radar view can be dragged to manipulate perspective.

Map it:

Tours can be linked to Google map for locating the listing for driving directions. Potential clients can also use this to locate listing, drive by, view and contact realtor for further information.

Email to:

This feature can be used by realtor or viewer to forward to perspective client. Feature opens up email program and prefills the from, subject, and body information with a link back to the listing. One click ease of use and an invaluable tool.

Contact:

Similar to Email to, difference is perspective client can click on icon to email the realtor and request additional information. Again, ease of use and a very invaluable tool.

Agent branding tour:

All tours can be customized to match your company color schemes and company branding with Logos, photos, links etc. This form of a tour is for agents whom want to post the tour on their own site or distribute the tour via cd.

MLS compliant tour and Distribution List:

Client will receive an MLS compliant tour. Please understand that MLS tours are subject to MLS compliancy and may not be able to be motified or graphic intensive. This form of a tour may be listed on an MLS/IDX to include: Realtor.com, Homestore.com, MonsterMoving.com, Homeseekers.com, Homes.com, AOL.com REC (Real Estate Channel), MSN House & Home, CompuServe REC, Excite RECl, Iwon REC, Juno REC, and NetZero REC. Additional listing fees may apply.

Posting to Realtor.com:

Agents with a current Showcase account are subject to a $6.00 listing fee, while agents with a lapse or without a Showcase account are subject to a $24.00 listing fee. Benefits far outweigh the minimal cost for this feature as the listing posts to various sites and maximize traffic to your listing.

Free Hosting:

Hosting of the Virtual Tour is free for up to one year. If an extension is needed, please call before the end of the one year period to extend the hosting of the tour at no additional charge.

24/7 availability:

Tours are available 24/7. Clients can view and tour your listing and make contact at any time, day or night at their convenience.

Tour on CD:

A copy of the tour can be delivered on cd for distribution and self promotion free of charge. Feature must be requested at time of order.
